F.A.S.T Athletics - Mini Sports
**Spring programs have been pushed back one week and will now run 5/6-6/3Flag Football & GamesF.A.S.T. Athletics will teach everyone game strategies, catching techniques and most importantly how to work together as a team. The students will be able to participate in different situational games such as Red Zone Defense, fourth and inches, and The QB Challenge as they learn the importance of fair play. Each class will end with a simulated game broken down into 4 quarters – the coaches will have tons of plays ready to go for their teams!Mini Sports
This program is a combination of warm-up games and sports such as soccer, kickball, and t-ball. It will ease children into learning the basics of all these great games as well as teaching them the importance of team work! Each class F.A.S.T. Athletics will have new and exciting games planned for the students.Sports ManiaGet up, get going, get active with a F.A.S.T. Athletics Sports Mania Program. F.A.S.T. Athletics will offer a variety of sports each week such as: Soccer, Mat Ball, Basketball, Dodgeball, and Kickball. Programs will include proper stretching and warm-up games as well as learning basic skills of each sport, each class will end with a high energy game with the sport played that day.Soccer & GamesOur soccer program will teach the fundamental skills of dribbling, trapping, shooting, and passing by teaching them in a very non-traditional and energetic way. Not only will the students learn the rules and positions of one of the most popular games in the world but they will have the chance to scrimmage each other as well as have shoot outs, breakaway’s, and 1 on 1’s!
