F.A.S.T Athletics - Flag Football 8/25-29 No Program over April Vacation, 4/24/2025.Flag Football:F.A.S.T. Athletics will teach everyone game strategies, catching techniques and most importantly how to work together as a team. The students will be able to participate in different situational games such as Red Zone Defense, fourth and inches, and The QB Challenge as they learn the importance of fair play. Each class will end with a simulated game broken down into 4 quarters – the coaches will have tons of plays ready to go for their teams! Mini Sports:This program is a combination of warm-up games and sports such as soccer, kickball, and t-ball. It will ease children into learning the basics of all these great games as well as teaching them the importance of team work! Each class F.A.S.T. Athletics will have new and exciting games planned for the students.

Each session includes yoga poses, breathing techniques, and engaging mindfulness activities designed to strengthen emotional awareness, resilience, and connection between parent and child.
Open to children in grades 3-5 (with a parent or caregiver).
This is not a drop-off class.
Teen Yoga & MindfulnessThis four week program offers teens a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves through yoga and mindfulness. Each session combines gentle movement, guided breathwork, and grounding practices that support stress relief, emotional regulation, and inner confidence. Students will leave with simple tools they can use anytime - before a test, after a long day, or when they just need a reset.
Open to students in grades 10-12.
