CIT (Counselor-in-Training)
Our Counselor-in-training program is designed to allow teens an opportunity to develop good counselor skills including leadership, independence, responsibility, and being a good role model.
CITs will directly assist counselors in game set up, clean up, break times and transition periods. Each week CITs will be assigned to a group of kids with at least 2 counselors.
