All cancellations include a 20% administrative fee, except for approved medical-related refunds, which will not be charged this fee. Refunds are not available within 7 days of the program start date. Medical-related requests may be considered and may require documentation.
Approved refunds are issued by a Town of Braintree check within 10–14 business days. Participants may also choose to receive a MyRec account credit instead of a check. Credits are non-refundable, but may be used toward any future program.
Some programs, events, and trips are non-refundable, and refunds will only be considered if someone else can take your spot.
