Trips and Tours Cancellation Policy
The Recreation Department cannot guarantee bus transportation (on Recreation only sponsored trips) in the event of stormy weather or other causes beyond our control. If transportation cannot be provided, the Recreation Department will refund the cost you were charged for the bus. However, the Recreation Department cannot give refunds for ticket or admission fees if the performance or event is held. The Recreation Department also maintains a no refund policy for the Boston Red Sox at Fenway Park games unless the game is cancelled with no make-up date. ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT TO ANY GAME! The Recreation Office reserves the right to cancel any trip due to lack of interest in a timely manner.
