Join Hollis School's own Ms. Manos as she introduces children to yoga in a fun, imaginative and nourishing way. A combination of yoga and art projects will fill this half day program with fun! Students will balance movement, art, creativity, mindfulness and play.
Kids Yoga and Art's focus is for participants to leave with a better understanding of yoga, deeper connection to mindfulness and be able to express themselves both through movement and art.
Each participant will receive their very own yoga mat, included with registration!
