November 20: A calming and creative afternoon designed to help students unwind, move their bodies, and connect with the present moment. Through gentle movement, breathing exercises, and mindfulness activities, participants will explore ways to reduce stress, build focus, and support emotional well-being in a relaxed, supportive setting.
Please dress comfortably and bring a water bottle. (Please do not bring food.) Yoga mats will be provided.
