Beginner Yoga Series with Tanya Rossicone
 
The Beginner Yoga Series is a yoga offering for those who are looking for an opportunity to learn the foundations of yoga postures and grow their practice. The series will start with gentle floor based restorative postures and progress to a gentle slow standing series. Throughout the series you will have the opportunity to explore and learn the foundations of yoga. Breathwork and meditation will be part of every class.
 
If you are taking your first class or have been practicing for years, this series welcomes all levels of yoga experience. Come with the openness to learn and explore.
 
Hands on assists will be offered and are optional
 
Bring your own mat, towel and water bottle. Yoga blocks will be supplied
 
5 week series, cost $95 for series
Option for class drop in $20

Tanya is a 200 HR certified yoga instructor with training in Ashtanga and Hatha currently offering power vinyasa, slow flow and gentle restorative classes on the South Shore. Tanya is a Reiki Level 1 practitioner. Tanya offers classes that invite mindful and intentional movement. I offer a space that will allow you to explore movement to breath.
