Braintree Recreation is pleased to present our 2022 Newport Playhouse trip schedule:

"The Carol Burnett Show and Cabaret" Sunday May 15th 2022

Carol Burnett is known as one of the most brilliant comedians of all time, and her Carol Burnett Show ran for 11 years, garnering 25 prime-time Emmy awards and inclusion on Time magazine’s list of “100 Best TV Shows of All Times.”
The Newport Playhouse is producing all your favorite Carol Burnett comedy skits featuring all your beloved Newport Playhouse actors.  Following the main stage production will be our fun-filled cabaret showcasing music, our own skits, comedy, and fun.  The Wyndham Newport and Johnny’s Restaurant will be hosting The Newport Playhouse through June 30 and will be providing their buffet lunch.
Please come and enjoy this wonderful afternoon of great food, laughter packed skits and a fun-filled cabaret!

COVID vaccination card required.


 




All tickets include a buffet lunch and a cabaret after the play.

Bus departs Braintree Town Hall at 9:45am

YOUR NEWPORT PLAYHOUSE TRIP INCLUDES:
  • Round trip transportation from Braintree Town Hall at 9:45AM.
  • Buffet luncheon at 11:30AM. ( May 15th )
  • Enter the intimate theatre for a wonderful play around 1:00PM.
  • After the play there will be a cabaret show .
